In the past when I was younger and more active, I was actively involved with the Leadership and Community Development Organization known as the Junior Chamber and later changed to the name of Jaycees. Nowadays, it is known as JCI Penang for the Chapter I was member and later the President in 1983 with the late Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu as the Founding President in 1955.
