  2. I haven’t seen them before, how beautiful they seem… colourful and sweet… do they use food colouring or they are naturally made, by what ? orange, etc. Thank you dear Peng, Love, nia

    • These are more varieties of the sweet type and salty & spicy types. Colours like green are from pandan aromatic leaves while blue colours are from a type of blue flowers. For the other colours, only permitted colourings are allowed. Kuih Bengka (Ubi) is made from tapioca – a sort of local tuber roots.I shall feature more in later posts.
