Birthday Mee Noodles

As the Hokkien Chinese tradition,  this Birthday Mee or Noodles is a compulsory dish for the birthday celebrations. The noodles must not be cut or shorten so as the birthday celebrant is ensured of a long, long life. Eggs, shredded chicken or pork, prawns. mushroom and vegetables are added too.
