was held at the Buddhist Temple located along Chor Sin Kheng Road, Ayer Itam, Penang. His ancestral tablet was dotted to mark the official use of the tablet.

Funeral Ceremony begins with immediate family members paying respect to demise person, followed by relatives, then by organizations and bodies which the the deceased was an official or member of these societies or bodies, and by friends of the family. After paying respects, there was a short procession from the house to the main road – Cantonment Road, Pulau Tikus, Penang.
