Battle of the Penang Hawker Masters 2012 at Penang Times Square – Pasembur and Rojak for Day 3. Pasembur is a local Malay dish with fried prawn fitters, curry cuttle-fish or squids, fried tow kwa ( a sort of tofu of harder texture with yellow skin ) mixed with vegetable salad of shredded cucumber, turnip and bean sprouts. A spicy hot sauce laced with grounded peanuts are added to this dish.

Rojak is a local fruit cum vegetable salad with prawn paste and spicy gravy.
