Day 2 in Myanmar – From Yangon to Heho
On the following day – Sunday, November 13, 2016 in Myanmar, we are taking a domestic flight from Yangon to Heho Airport. We boarded the propellers-propelled plane at Yangon Airport but we were delayed as the Captain wanted one of the propellers checked for any mechanical fault. After the checks by the technicians, we were given the all clear sign and we took off.
However after an hour in the sky, we were required to land at Mandalay Airport as the reason given was bad weather at Heho. We landed at Mandalay and was delayed for mote than 1 hour or so. Next we re-boarded the plane and was on the way to Heho but I notice that the weather was sunny but cloudy.
However, safety is an important factor in air travel.
